2E Relating to alcoholic beverages; modifying the license fee structure and
production levels for brewpubs and small malt liquor brewers for conformity
purposes; authorizing city or county issuance of temporary on-sale licenses to
small brewers in connection with sponsored social events; severability clause;
authorizing Elko speedway on-sales of intoxicating liquor on all days of the
week; transferring the responsibility for the issuance of state fair Minnesota
produced wine licenses from the city of St Paul to Ramsey county; authorizing
the city of Duluth to issue an on-sale wine and malt liquor license to Wade
municipal stadium, the city of Minneapolis to issue an intoxicating liquor
license to a certain establishment on Como avenue and the city of St. Paul to
issue a temporary on-sale wine and malt liquor license to the capitol 2005
commission or friends of the Minnesota state capitol for special events held in
the capitol and on the capitol grounds relating to the centennial anniversary of
the capitol building
