Prohibiting the release of copies of psychological tests, test materials or
scoring keys to individuals completing the tests or not qualified to administer,
score and interpret the tests under certain conditions; requiring providers
making the determination to at the discretion of the individual completing the
test release the information to another qualified provider or furnish a summary
of the test results to the individual or a designee (mk)
