E Repealing and removing provisions relating to the enhanced gross misdemeanor
crime of driving while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance;
expanding the gross misdemeanor DWI crime, probationary period and mandatory
sentencing provisions to certain provisions formerly under the enhanced crime;
requiring mandatory consecutive sentences for certain aggravated or repeat DWI
related offenses; requiring defendants charged with certain DWI violations to
pay for electronic alcohol monitoring costs (ra, ja)
