cervical cancer elimination study; requiring the commissioner to conduct a study
with the Minnesota immunization practices advisory committee on the human
papilloma virus vaccine; requiring the commissioner to submit a report to the
legislature by a certain date; requiring commissioner to develop and make
available educational materials in consultation with the advisory committee
regarding the human papilloma virus and cervical cancer
