2E Relating to traffic regulations; requiring new motor vehicle dealers, used
motor vehicle dealers and motor vehicle lessors to meet certain window glazing
material requirements; exempting patient prescriptions or medical statements;
specifying the minimum percentage of light transmittance reduction needed to
satisfy the prescription or medical needs from certain window glazing
requirements; exempting the rear and side windows of a police vehicles from
certain glazing restrictions
