BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[16A.1395] CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS IN ODD-NUMBERED
YEARS.

Any appropriation for the current biennium that is not amended or eliminated by
the legislature on or before July 1 of an odd-numbered year, remains in effect at the level
authorized on June 30 of the odd-numbered year until the appropriation is amended or
eliminated by law.
