A bill for an act
 relating to game and fish; modifying archery provisions by permitting use of bow
drawn, held, or released by mechanical device; amending Minnesota Statutes
2006, section 97B.035, subdivision 1; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2006,
sections 97B.035, subdivision 2; 97B.106.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 97B.035, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.
