relating to environment; authorizing a study to assess the air emissions of
biomass gasification facilities; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 from the general fund to the
commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for the purpose of fully characterizing the
air emissions expected from biomass gasification facilities across a range of feedstocks.
