"Unborn Child Pain Prevention Act"; requiring physicians perfoming abortions on
unborn children of a certain number of weeks of gestational age to inform the
woman of certain anesthetics or analgesics eliminating or alleviating organic
pain to the unborn child and of the associated medical risks, requiring
administration of the anesthetics or analgesics with consent of the woman;
imposing a criminal penalty for violation and providing for civil remedies,
providing for protection of the privacy of the woman in civil or criminal
proceedings; severability clause
