3505.2100 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STANDARDS.
A uniform property management system must be used by the districts and centers to:
§
A.
maintain individual item control for continuing verification on nonexpendable personal property in which the commissioner of education has provided state or federal funds; and
§
B.
maintain a source of information for future purchasing and capital budgeting for nonexpendable personal property, long term capital financing, and program cost computing.
