4658.0950 PENALTIES FOR ACTIVITY AND RECREATION PROGRAM RULE VIOLATIONS.

Penalty assessments will be assessed on a daily basis for violations of part 4658.0900 and are as follows:

A.

subparts 1, 3, and 6, $300; and

B.

subparts 2, 4, and 5, $100.
