4731.2560 RECORDS; WASTE DISPOSAL.

A.

A licensee must maintain records of:

(1)

the disposal of licensed materials made under part 4731.2410, 4731.2420, 4731.2430, or 4731.2440; and

(2)

disposal by burial in soil, including burials authorized before January 28, 1981.

B.

A licensee must retain the records required under this part until the commissioner terminates each pertinent license requiring the record. Requirements for disposition of the records, before license termination, are found in parts 4731.0625, 4731.0825, and 4731.3115, and in Code of Federal Regulations, title 10, section 72.80, for activities licensed under this chapter.
