     16B.185 Procurements from rehabilitation facilities and 
  day training and habilitation facilities. 


    In collaboration with the commissioners of economic 
 security, human services, and trade and economic development, 
 the commissioner shall identify contracts for the purchase of 
 goods and services from certified rehabilitation facilities and 
 day training and habilitation services that will enhance 
 employment opportunities for persons with severe disabilities 
 that result in additional annual sales volume of 15 percent per 
 year by July 1, 1995.
