     69.56 State treasurer to pay warrant. 


    The state treasurer shall, upon presentation of the warrant 
 of the commissioner of finance specified in section 69.55, pay 
 out of the general fund of the state the amount thereof to the 
 treasurer of the relief association presenting the warrant.  The 
 treasurer of the relief association shall place the money 
 received in payment of any such warrant in the special fund of 
 the relief association.
