141.32 PENALTY.
Violation of a provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. Each day's failure to comply
with this chapter shall be a separate violation. The office shall adopt rules establishing a list of
civil penalties and the fine associated with each violation. Fines for violations shall not exceed
$500 per day per violation.
