234.23 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
A person unlawfully removing, breaking, or interfering or tampering with a seal, lock, or
other fastening placed upon a granary, crib, bin, or other receptacle for grain under this chapter,
except when the removal is imperative to prevent the damage, loss, or destruction of stored grain,
is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
