1.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [325E.65] SALE OF AMERICAN FLAGS.
1.6 No person in the business of offering goods at retail may sell or offer for sale in this
1.7state an American flag unless the flag was manufactured in the United States of America.
1.8 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.9 Section 1 is effective January 1, 2008.
