     325F.015 Unsafe bleachers. 


    A person shall not manufacture, sell, distribute, or 
 install bleachers within this state that do not comply with 
 section 16B.616.  For purposes of this section, "person" means 
 an individual, public or private entity, however organized, or a 
 unit of state or local government.
