518C.703 RELATIONSHIP OF DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO UNITED STATES CENTRAL AUTHORITY.
The Department of Human Services of this state is recognized as the agency designated by the United States central authority to perform specific functions under the convention.

NOTE: This section, as added by Laws 2014, chapter 189, section 57, is effective on the date that the United States deposits the instrument of ratification for the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance with the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
